Well now, lets see.... jailbreak edition sounds pretty cool. or even jailbreak linux I don't think cannonical would smile on a jailbreak ubuntu
. another issue, would be liscensing of the jailbreak song as performed by the group tentatively known as AC/DC something about words such as " likeness, Image, intellectual property rights DMC, Cease and Desist, Lawyers, litigation, Fees, Recompense" comes to mind, and makes mahh short and curlies tingle. so unless we can coerce/ convince the record label and the actual owners of said property to give us permission to not only apply it to our product but to distibute our new branding scheme " royalty free" and maybe with some sort of GPL attached to it *Hackcoughdon'tseeithappeningnowayinhellwilltheygiveup_a_cashcowinthisdayandagewaittillthelawyersrapeusandtakeourfirstbornahem* Then just maybe we can get on that without looking over our shoulders.
Overall a great Idea, its just the execution. on the other hand, you can take any flavor of Linux and spruce it up any way you like, just be aware of any licensing and distribution issues that may arise.
