Your busting me over that..... Just find the link and download the theme package, and save it with your other debs.Oh yah....don't expect your saved debs to work out to great. They might they might not.If you want 9.04 you should just do a install of it,add your theme you want, and go with it.

you should remaster if you have enough room on your drive. That way if anything borks you can just put in your remastered dvd,and pretty much be back were you began....

I'm glad there hasnt been a 2.2, it would be a bad idea because it would be based on jaunty, and jaunty is ubuntus vista.

Fader
Either you are running on some strange box or being scared by some of the folks that I see on the Ubuntu forums.

Jaunty is a new release. I got it in the RC. I have had no problems with it at all and this box was designed to run Vista not any flavor of linux. It is a little new to be a safe bet for linux and some distros will not run on it at all or very poorly.

I do not know how long you have used linux but there is some tweeking that you are going to have to do. If you have ever installed (yourself) a NEW MS release you must realize that Jaunty is a model of ease and stability.

Relax, read, do some searches. Chase the babies mother around until she catches you. HAVE FUN

You will find that life is good.

One thing more. This is linux we are using here, you have a choice of flavors, some are very different. Kf you are having problems, for Gods sake try something else. I have 3 320Gb HDDs with a bunch of distros on about 40-50Gb apiece. I like Ubuntu and its offshoots. YOU may prefer and get along better with something else. I would recommend trying Mandriva2009-1-Gnome (comes in a KDE version too if you swing that way). It is pretty nice. OpenSuse is all right too but if you are having problems with Jaunty - well it might work. Lenny (Debian) is pretty nice too.

But what's with this "Cross-Breeding" here? NOT to say that is a bad thing, mind you, but as I said......VERY curious :?: ...

I see. So, That particular wallpaper WON'T be included with UE2.2......? If so, what will Apple say about it......? Or has it already been "approved" by them.....or does it actually matter?

Hi Nick
A question about the sources list, you have Hardy,Gutsy,Intrepid and Lenny sources listed.
Is it o.k. to use them?
Good to see Thee Man back at the helm.
