I searched the forum and seen some other posts but they were greek to me.I have jaunty in my repos i guess thats the problem.Im just trying to share files with my windows box.throuh the GUI i get install sharing service but it cant broken files but when i fix broken in synaptic it just starts over.I just did a fresh install of Ultimate Edition 2.1X64 And I need samba...Please Help Guys.....smuggly

I finally had to check the proposwe and backports in software sources.That (I assume) Upgraded me to the latest testing version of samba.At any rate it worked like a charm.Thanks Again You Guys Here Are The Best......................Smuggly
