I like Ultimate Edition any problems with 32 bit-s version and update from 8.10 to 9.04 ?!

AMD Ahtlon 64 3000+ , 512 ram, ATI 9550.
That is one old pc where i make experiments.
So, which version of ubuntu U.E 2.1 i need to use to update from 8.10 to 9.04 without any errors to packages and programs.

i did the upgrade thing via the net, worked ok but then started to experience some issues. ie not shutting down, not mounting devices etc. little but annoying things. do the backup and do a fresh install asit only takes a few minutes to do it whereas with an upgrade it takes aaaagessss.

if you are really desperate, then install Ultimate Edition 2.1 & place the Ultimate Edition 2.2 theme pack on top.

which is what I did. :D
