Just may be a good time to review the level of support that is required to keep Ultimate Edition site(s) up N running.

Don't get it - on what do they ground that presumption
The latest release of EU is from late February this year, but a dist like eAROS, http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=eAROS where the person who have made it is not even sure he will continue it (released june last year) still stand as active
