Help me guyz, When i tried to install after 69%, it dialoged Error 5: i/o error. I have lost my 2 DVDs as in both it is showng same error. I did burnded both DVD using "power ISO". DVD is neat and clean, not seems to be due to scratches. Then what is the problem....please help

I would check the md5 checksum on the DVD, and also make sure you burnt the DVD at max 4x.

Sounds like a burn error is what you have.
