Mounting bin/cue s in Ultimate Edition

I would like to know if Ultimate Edition 2.1 comes with anything preinstalled to mount bin/cue files and what would that be so I can use it.
CPU: Pentium 4 3Ghz
Chieftec Dragon case(old alienware style)
Mainboard : MSI MS-7028
Ram: 2GB
HDD: Samsung 160GB 7200rpm SATA
Optical Drive: Samsung DVD-RW
VGA: Gigabtye 7200 GS 256mb

I installed bchunk but I cant find it anywhere, how do I run it?

Any other ideas, this one isnt working out. Nothing happens when I alt+f2 run bchunk and I cant even find "bchunk" on my filesystem even though I installed it and restarted and it says its installed. Me thinks it dont work.
