Howdy Gc...normally it's extremely difficult (I just downloaded 9.04, installed it, then install the Ultimate theme over top of it)...However, one of the forum staff (trying to remember who) changed all the repos over the Januty, commented out Intrepid, and went from there...if memory serves me correctly, they were successful!! But don't try this until you or I can find the post of who did it and what followed for sure...

I wouldn't advise it....I just did it yesterday....borked my whole partition V_V....granted, I did it with the Release Candidate the day before the final release.....I'd honestly suggest waiting for Ultimate Edition 2.2, but if you don't have any data to risk, and you feel adventurous.....give it a go :-P.

That's VERY good advice Tib just give there...this close to 2.2 coming out, odds are it would be better to wait it out...
