Problem solved. Wireless up and running, graphics drivers installed and running. Did some googling, found that it's a bug, when you go to install restricted drivers, the Jockey program, which handles the installation, fails to start for some reason, but it does download the drivers, it just doesn't show them DLing, and if you open up the Hardware Drivers again, it'll show that you need to reboot for the drivers to take effect, and vwala, they're installed and working....

EDIT: The free driver sucks though....the speed on it keeps going from 2Mbps, to 30-50Mbps, then back down, then back up....and the laptop is 6 inches from the router.....that's retarded....but at least it works out of the box.

Yea, I was talking about the wireless drivers, they don't seem to work very well....but I'm not going to complain much, as I'm glad I don't have to DL files and run 20 commands to get my wireless up and running.
and thanks for the theme! :-D.

EDIT: Okay....I take that back.....the driver works great, but it displays really funky/incorrect info about how fast it's connected.....it just DLed the theme package, all 63MB, at over 900K/s.....in like....1 minute....wow.

EDIT: DUDE! the 2.2 theme is FREAKING AWESOME! holy crap lol....I love this swirly background with all the twinkly thingies....

The silver cursor that spins, and then has the Ultimate Edition globe spinning when the computer is doing stuff.....it's a cool cursor.....but I personally don't care for it (when the globe is spinning, I have to sit and wait for it to finish loading, because I can't click on anything when it's got the globe icon), and I just don't care for the spinning silver mouse cursor......I have the one I like, but when I install it, it just stays on the silver one, no matter what I pick >_<.

LMAO...sorry bro', but that's just to funny. I'm sure you tried changing the cursor to your liking by going into 'Change Desktop Background', right??

EDIT: This just popped into my head. I'm not sure (ok, I can't remember...got that CRS disease) if it was in this case, but just in case, check the permissions of the 2.2 themes folder that was installed...
