when i want to watch a video on the net or youtube it seems to fail. utube plats sortof but it has a silvery sheen ??? to the app. i have gnash, uu restricted extras and other codecs installed while ultamatix was playing along and still i have trouble with videos. :cry:

sounds more like a graphics problem now....
if its on, turn off compiz.

i uninstalled gnash/ knash but still no joy. :( not sure how to turn compiz off? youtube seems to be slightly better but i still can not watch vids on the net. thanks for the help so far.
