I'm getting the same thing, I think it means Ultimate Edition's repository is down.

I uninstalled it and when I went to reinstall it, it didnt show up in synpatic. And I uninstalled it because the option to reinstall was unclickable and I figured I could just install it after.

I found it here http://ultamatix.com/download/ultamatix-1.8.0-6_all.deb

but even after installing it, I get the same message.

The latest ultimatix version is not a final release from Theemahn and seems to be very buggy.
For example in Ubuntu 9.04 it doesn't work at all.
I hate to tell you but you better use ubuntu-tweaks. :?
