There is a little trick you can try.You would just make an adjustment in your bios each boot. Unplug all but one drive and install one operating system on each drive(only one drive hooked up for each install). Then to boot into the selected operating system you just change the boot sequence in your bios. It will save you from fixing your mbr in Windows or trying to edit the grub boot loader when you decide to change operating systems. When you upgrade to the next Ultimate, you just unplug your Windows hard drive and after the install hook it back up.
