I'm going to check again, but I think that is a Jasc Paint Shop Pro file format, I would suggest that your friend re-send the doc. in a format that you can open...I don't know what they sent you, so can't suggest what format they should use...all they have to do is open it in whatever program they used to create it, then copy and save in a format you have access to...unless you care to find a program that will handle that format
