Problem Konqueror not opening while I'm logged on

Strange, but when I click on Konqueror nothing happens, click on it five times, still nothing. The only way around it so far is to go into a Terminal and type "sudo konqueror" and then my password.

I created a new profile for testing with and Konqueror opens properly.

Is their anything I can to fix this without whiping my profile and re-create it again?

I can't tell you. I just clicked on it and it works fine. You can edit your start menu(right click)and look at the properties tab of konqueror and point it to the binary in your /usr/bin directory.

i had the same problem but i change the path as u said and now it works. the bad side is that it starts in Full Screen Mode and i dont wont to. is it possible to change it?

You got me on that one. I don't use Konqueror. Try one of the settings in it.
