Hey Bill, this looks like our stuff (Ultimate Edition) .A quick ? The article says mutter runs with shell or at least is compatible with it. It also says it can run as a stand-alone. My question, is it compatible with Ultimate Edition 3.0 ? WitchyWays

You would need to install Gnome 3 first to get any version of Mutter. Since this is a Compiz replacement (Compiz doesn't work with Gnome 3) you really don't need it with Ultimate Edition 3
