As for specs i cant really access them since haven't gotten use to the new set up but i just got this laptop about 4 months ago so it should be decently up to date. it has a ATI Radion graphics card and is a intel centrino. Also do i have to code in the adobe flash or is there and easier alt.

Hi Fosterr334,
To give you an overview of what is going on, to enable the 'eye candy' or advanced graphic features, you need to have a graphics card capable of displaying these features. You have an ATI Radeon graphics card built in and as such, you need to have the drivers enabled before you can do any of the above 'magic'. Now not being an ATI expert, I cannot help you further with this - somebody with the relevant knowledge such as
cell should, but in the meantime you may wish to do a search here on the forums on enabling ATI Radeon Drivers.
Sorry I can't help you further, at least I hope it helps you understand where your issue lies.
