Is the driver removed when MythTV is Uninstalled or is there another procedure to remove the driver?

I visited one of the links you sent me

http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb/

But I have no idea what to choose and how to install it.

I could follow the list of instructions from the original page I posted here because it was Step by Step and easy to read while I was typing in Terminal.

No. The driver is not part of Myth TV. As far as uninstalling it, google until you find the walk through. You may be able to just re-install it without uninstalling it. It says in your documentation that step 1 and 2 must be done everytime the kernel changes.
