Problem in Installing LAMP:Broken Packages

Just Installed Ultimate 1.9 ..Tried a Nice distro after many weeks...But i faced problems installing apache mysql n php...It reports Broken packages..An update after changing the repos(Adding repoubuntu) gives the following error

Also problems in installing Nvidia restricted driver...Tried installing from System-->administration-->Hardware drivers...Failed to fetch the files..Later downloaded it manually and tried to install it..But the error appears like

The easiest way to fix it, is to remove the repo you added.
any time you get a duplicate error, it's best to run the command

sudo apt-get update

if you need to run it again it will tell you.
