Help finding Drivers

I need help finding drivers for my Network card. Does anybody know where i can get them for my Gateway t-1616 Realtek RTL8187B wireless 802.11g adapter?

I've never used it, is it hard to do? can you walk us through if the right windows driver is found?

I figure since this is a forum and not my issue that maybe someone with a little ndiswrapper knowledge could give us the low-down if the drivers are found.

i tryed the auto ndiswapper and no good also tryed the others and had no luck ether
