a greeting to all Ben have installed ubuntu ulltimate 1.8 ... I have a problem with compiz: it is only with the cube is that in general options when you get to the desktop size 4 and goes back to two with 3 and 5 does not pass but I can not take the cube (if a tetrahedron and a pentaedro) in order appreciate the solution if someone knows he tested with several distributions and the normal ubuntu. works very well .. but this is not because ultimate occurs

Well, to be honest with you ... I'm just as curious as you are. I do not "play" with compiz as much as I should, but I have heard this complaint here in the forum a couple times and haven't gotten squared away on this subject yet. I have a sneeking suspicion that it has something to do with the advanced level of compiz that Ultimate Edition runs. I WILL be corrected if this is not the case, but I'll be anxiously awaiting as you are.

It happens in 1.8 32bit..I just uninstalled all of the Compiz in Synaptic's and then reinstalled it all.

Edit:you might try looking here..maybe a better way to go
