I will attempt it again for the last time if it fails there will be no gamers this will be roughly 80 hours in uploading, there will not be 100, if it fails it is done. Ultimatix I am working on will install games even 64 bit (however unreleased for 64 bit) When it hits the homepage it will be good to go across the board, 32 bit is there. I am about half way through 64 bit. I have had raves over what it does 0 negative. I am sure I would have negative if I said works in 64 bit which it does not yet. BTW Alien Arena has a 64 bit edition, those that do not will be shortcutted ia32linux name of game, so yes even 64 will enjoy the same, but will be a 32 bit game in a 64 bit environment.

I hope you appreciate the 1000's of lines of code I write to make it all happen. Once it is there for 64 bit I will post it openly for all to view / learn from. What kills me... multiple people wrote Automatix & took years... Is that the results you see here?

I, for one greatly appreciate all your efforts making things a little better for linux community, and in particular for trying again at the upload. Lets all hope it goes off without a hitch this time *says silent prayer*. If for some reason it should fail!?! Please do Not just give up, the world would be a little less bright without it!

I'm absolutely positive there is someone willing to put forth the effort getting this posted for all to see... if nothing else snail mail me a copy and I, will do my darndest to get it up! If I, should fail it won't be from not trying!

Noooooooo!!   if it fails uploading, can you send it to someone? or even me? so we can torrent it and upload it ourselves? you spent so much time on it, and we all know it's got to be amazing, I'm sure there's a lot of us who would help seed a torrent for it, to get it up and going, even if you have to burn a couple copies and mail them to us lol, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease! *gets on knees and begs*  .

resume now works, I believe it to be a problem with gftp defaulting to ascii mode rather then binary... ~ 6 hours to go, hopefully it passes md5sum. Time will tell, I don't know how long it will take to download it and verify, 4GB is no joke even at 850KPS. I added a ton of games to Ultimatix, I suggest you check it out. All games work even in 64 bit except Alien Arena 2007...

Enjoy & wish me luck on the upload,

TheeMahn

SWEET!!! I need to reinstall Ultimate Edition 64-bit anyway, since I borked it (sometimes I do this intentionally to learn what and what not to do...). So, I will definitely be trying this out.

TheeMahn,

Just a thought would there be a way to "split" the ISO upload it in parts and put it together again?
The idea would be if there is a failure you would not have to start all over again.

I had problem once uploading a big database and splitting it worked for me.
