Greetings and thanks for UE3.3
I downloaded the 64-bit iso, to burn and install and first took the iso to a Thumb Drive
The thumb drive is a 4.0GB Sundisk Cruzer and I used the native UNETBOOTIN in the currently installed UE3.2 system I'm running (happily) on this Acer X1700.
All that being (having been) said, I set aside 64MB of 'carry-over' space, which I had choosen based on nothing but whimsy, and after a brief moment of anixety, while the 3+ GB squash system was transferred, I found myself, (with amazement :!: ) enjoying the splash screen presented by Ultimate Edition 3.3
I would love to log in and test drive the thing, however, it wants a pesky username and password, which were never input and therefore, never recorded, written down, stored, or otherwise commited to 'memory'. The basic problem being, if there is a default combo, I've not been able to locate it. Could I prevail upon someone for steerage? I wish to start up the new system and take it for a few thousand laps.

Hi nosewatt.
It's been a while buty try
user: ultimate
password: just hit enter - no password.

There is never a password - just a user name needed.
ultimate would be my first guess but if not, try live or custom.

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers. :D
