New How To topic

I've noticed many new users suffer from bad downloads & bad burns
and get this confused with a wonked install.
I think a "How To" on downloading & burning Ultimate Edition,would be a good thing.
Include md5sum check in windows and Linux, and where to get the windows md5 tool,
along with a burning an ISO tutorial.
Yes this is pretty basic stuff for anyone who has ever installed any distro,
but to the average windows user this is a different way of doing things,
and a major tripping point.
What mod hasn't posted a "burn an ISO slow" warning,
and who among us hasn't turned at least one ISO into a coaster.
