upgrade script not working

Postby skip mcmahan » Sun Oct 28, 2007 4:17 pm

Whenever I try to use the upgrade script, I either get the message "there is a newer version of the script available, please re-run script" or the terminal window opens and then closes immediately, sometimes asking for a password. I have tried using the icon on my desktop as well as running the new version of the script in the terminal. What am I doing wrong here?

You can start over or just from term:
Code: Select all
cd /usr/share/ultimate
sudo chmod 777 gamers.sh
