Other Versions of Ultimate Edition

Postby Zaileion » Thu Nov 28, 2013 3:02 pm

I am wondering what the advantages/disadvantages are of using older versions of Ultimate Edition?

Such as Ultimate Edition 2.6, Ultimate Edition 2.9, or others. I see they are still available for download and i know 2.6 is raved about.

Further, will they have hardware support for my devices, and will these other versions work on my PC?

Pretty heavy hardware you have there. So do I and 2.6 runs like a dream on my machine. The only thing I can see that raises a flag:
LSI MEGARaid Controller 9271
This I can not say for sure, what I would suggest is to load it out to a thumbdrive and test it live. IMHO 2.6 series is the shiznit.
