After I was introduced to AirDroid, I began wondering if it's possible to transfer large files from PC to PC wirelessly? I know it has to be ultimately possible, but has a way to do this been created? Any info would be greatly appreciated on this topic.

There are 10 ways of self harrassment to get the file to and fro.
Sustainibility also creeps up.

If you want a no nonsense graphical approach i suggest to use torrents. It will take some time but its 100% reliable and can be continued later..

Use Vuze and create a new torrent......it will ask for which file...give the location on local system...after the torrent is created, copy it on flash disk and start it on another system...the system will automatically pull the torrent data from the local system where the large file resides...

Can pause and continue later...if power goes down..NO problems....just start program again and your up.

Ok, thanks. Does this require that both PC's be hooked to same network?

Also, as a subnote, it is very difficult for me to post and reply on this forum as it keeps logging me out. This is the only one I have been able to reply to in a bit now. This has been an ongoing issue, just sometimes worse than other times

Yes has to be on same network(common router) and thats all....no need for techno mumbo jumbo..

No problem. And thanks. That's a pretty simple solution. Saves me from burning up my flash drive.

Nothing wrong here...if you are using firefox/chrome etc just clear your data/history/cookies and then try.
