:? More that a bit flustered here. :?
short and blunt here ... i want to be able to change sessions
Ok to do this i know i have to use a Display manager (DM) to change between window managers (WM) so i do some research and i find that Gnome Display manager (GDM) will do this for me .. cool
i check synaptic and says i have it already installed.. cool .. reboot
nothing different.. further research
i find that all i need to do is go to my login window under system/admin .. cool
it is not there..further research
nothing i find nothing on getting the login window

i love researching... i sometimes just think of stuff to research (which is how i got started on this other research i am working on mixing E17& compz<wink>) but i have trashed the net for hours and come up empty..
