A Positive Report

Postby joestoutenger » Thu Dec 17, 2009 4:23 pm

I'm not new to PC land.just to Linux and I love everything about Linux. After all the trials and errors I got it my way!! This 2.5 is the cats meow..At first it kept crashing via it would lock up the mouse and touch pad..bummer...bash and crash reports..I have a Dell 1525 Inspiron and it was just as simple as Ubuntu 9.10 32 bit install..then I found and downloaded Ultimate Edition 2.5 86X and laid it over the 32 bit 9.10..well lol it did it on it's own..so now it's all 32 bit and my Intel is having no problem at all..I had to install (reactivate) the STA wireless a few time to get the wireless to work..but if thats the hardest thing it takes..I'll take it..so if you are New don't get shook or give up..Intel needs 86X 32 bit and AMD needs 86X64 and it should work well for you..So my hats off to the Ultimate Edition 2.5 and I couldn't be happier with an OS system than I am with this one..Peace....joestoutenger
