I don't know of a messenger client thats supports yahoo protocols that will give you all the functionality that you have listed above. If you have a MSN/hotmail/live account. You can use "aMSN" as it will give you the functionality that you've listed above!! Outside of the features that you have listed above for a yahoo client, "Pidgin Instant Messenger" client is great & is also a multi protocol client messenger.
