In order to switch some people to "our" side !

I have found this to be a most effective incentive !! This is a "wubi" install on an OLD HP Vectra, ATI rage 128, 512 MB ram , Pentium III CPU, A Windows 7 look, But with Buntu, Now this thing is Smoke'n fast ! (45 -55 sec. choose O/S, To on line !) As soon as my "Honey" gets used to the operations, I will be Getting her a new pc, For the install of Ultimate Edition !

She really loves them both and thought she could never learn "Linux" She is amazed at how easy it is, After hearing the "crap" some people spew ! obviously not knowing what there talkin about ! When I show a non-believer just what can be done, They can't believe it !

People are just amazed with this and then I show off Ultimate Edition and all I here is, "WOW" ! "how much does that cost ?" And I am sure you have seen the expression on peoples faces, As well as heard the expletives ! :lol:

I have done 5 Installs in the past 3 days ! so I am sure we will be adding some new "Ultimate-er's" to the forum !!

Hey JohnnyG, had no idea you could get linux to look that much like (u no what)?!? LOL That is just great.

Hey I am glad you like It ! You can find the theme here! (This is a complete theme,with the exception of Gnomenu)

Just untar and in the folder you will find two .sh files, double click install and then double click run theme, install Gnomenu http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/ ... ent=108571 ,and play till you get the look you want !!

I was ready to ask you why you don't have the aero enabled. :lol:

I played with Windows Ultimate RTM x64 just for one day on my old PC a month ago but I had to get rid of it because it was running very,very slowly on my system.You need 4GB RAM to run it decently on a system. <BREW>
