There been a lot of talk about BW, it is beautiful. Been working with BW for nearly a half century now. Got my first camera when I was 9, built my own enlarger when I was 10 out of an old slide projector, lol. So I am very comfortable with the new theme, thanks TheeMahn. Enough of the rambling, thought I would take BW to the extreme..hope you all like.

OK, got to admit you have me..lol. Running Christmas Edition, couldn't get compiz manager working so did the old apt-get purge routine and eliminated compiz and reinstalled it..works OK but no gears...butt, lol.

I just wish my Compiz Fusion woked completely:( I get some effects, but not all and I can't grab my title bar and flex the screen when maximized:( I've been working with the folks over at the Compiz Fusion forum on it, but they don't know what the hecks wrong either ... weird. I have a sneeking suspision that it has something to do with my dual head setup:( Gotta get my HTPC box setup and installed for my kids, that way I won't have to run dual head anymore! I've been using the HTPC box for a test box and haven't left it at any working condition without wiping it clean and installing something different on it.

Hello, darn wish I knew a little more. When I uninstalled Compiz and reinstalled the latter I lost Beryl, not the Beryl manager though. Didn't use Beryl after getting Compiz working good so no big loss. Using this post here.. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=599888 I removed Compiz and used Synaptic to reinstall. Still didn't have Compiz working good till I used your post here viewtopic.php?p=2764&sid=8847ad3c7ef4355c7553e4bdecc74507#p2764
did I got everything working ? ? Don't know if this will help you, also I am running Christmas Edition if that will help you..

Kinda embarrasing that you got some luck out of my post and didn't work without problems for me I'll get her figured out.
