Got to love it, the calendar, gauges, clock,,,would look nice on my Rod themes??? Could you give me a hint?? Oh and congrats are in order welcome in front of everyone..from the cowboy..

I use a program called Screenlets.

I got the gauges and the sidebar screenlets from http://www.gnome-look.org
Just install the screenlets program and download the extra screenlets from there and have fun.

Thanks for the reply and input Almost have mine done but my walls change..oh and a note to remove screenlets, there maybe a negative way at least the way the screenlets site says on there how to..see this

Like the lightning effect, did you do so in gimp?

No, I used Xenofex 2 filter in PI Pro 11, but there is a good tutorial video here for how to produce lightning effects in Gimp here.. http://video-tutorials-kovach.blogspot. ... tning.html still using $$$software, sometimes.
