for better view you need to adjust the wallpaper resolution with the resolution of your screen.

That's looks too complicated. I'll be setting it up again today or tomorrow and if you are a really good boy, I may help you. You will need XP as well as Ultimate to do it. Actually, you can use your Virtual Box Windows to create the vmx(and other) files.
