How do you like your uTorrent in Ubuntu? Does it work well? I assume your working it through wine?

yep that's wine. you notice the two shortcuts, utorrent and utorrent.ink? the .ink file extension is a windows shortcut, wine creates it automatically. personally, i'll stick to azureus or transmission (azureus is getting kinda bloated now)

Hello daddyx3,
i like utorrent been using it for sometime have tried many but this one for me works quite well, transmission was a little slow and never really cared for azur, but we all have our preferences

I was a big uTorrent fan before "taking the plunge" into 100% Linux/Debian/Ubuntu. I thought it was the best out there. I've never seen speeds as high as I've seen them with uTorrent - and believe me, I'm no noobie with torrents or clients for that matter. I was just curious to find out if you are able to obtain the same performance with it through Wine as you would just through Windows or if you've noticed any performance gain/loss.
