Real nice, how did you draw that thing? Do you use a graphics tablet? If so, what kind? I'm interested in buying one soon. ??? (Too many questions...)

The logo for Ultimate Edition was created with Xara..the how to is posted here.. viewtopic.php?p=1680&sid=a450ef8bc42c486eeb795fa5f931f45f#p1680
Gimp and Inkscape are excellent Graphic programs, but like most of the good ones there is a learning curve to deal with...
Also in "Your Art" there is more logos..some final and some that you can use as templates to further your work.. :)

The tablet can be use in Gimp and the some of the others..i believe in Synaptic "Wacom" is listed, as for drivers, and I believe already checked off as installed.."deate" a member has one but do not know if he is currently pursuing using one in his Graphics..I myself have one through a gift and have yet found the time to enjoy it to it's capability's... :)

Yeah i drew it with a graphics tablet (an intuos 3 4x5). I'm looking to upgrade soon, it was hell to get mine working, i wasn't too familiar with .xorg but it was a good learning experience and i broke my install sometimes (good thing i made a backup). just a word of advice when you first start using them you will be like "what the hell i can't draw as well as i did with a pencil and paper" but when you get used to it, it is much more efficient .

and thanks cowboy!
looks like i'm gonna have to check out xara it looks cool

NP...there is another program called Xaos..it is listed in Add/And Remove..unlimited background designs in a Fractal setting...a word of caution..do all your work in Graphics in "Metacity"..do not attempt while in Compiz...will only frustrate you... ;)
