I would have following suggestions for future releases:

1. under Windows there exist a program called CCleaner which removes temp and other unnecessary files from the system. since in all UU are many packages or data remains maybe a script to cleanup the junk files from the installed distro, would be nice to have. i searched for some info on ubuntu forums and found this, so maybe the script could be based on this information
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=140920
2. have you thought about including a dock program like gnome-dock or awant gnome dock?
3. please think about including Krusader, since it helps a lot with file management, for us Windows people who were raised on Norton Commander and later on Windows/Total Commander

if there are some things that are equivalent in UU 1.7 and i am just missing them i am sorry :)

i have been watching UU "Saga" since the beginning and also seeding the torrents, but actually now i got to putting one to the production on one of my machines, replacing an old Windows 98 SE :)

Thanks for greatest distro

The simple solution would be to install QuickStart. It cleans up and does a whole lot more. It's an absolute "Essential", in my opinion!

Yeah, you get introduced to it only to find the d/l isn't there anymore when you get to the bottom. Excellent app tho'. Just a shame it came to an end the way it did.
