I like it. That would be a great place to start, can we get the letters in a contrasting colour or four? That's the only thing I can think of that would improve the 'working' icon that you've used it for as well. I think the icons get nearly as much attention from others as the revolving desktop on my box. (flat top and bottom sphere of 6) which is blowing my M$ friends' minds. It's just that the letters disappear during revolution.
The glass is neither half empty nor half full. It is functioning 100% effectively @ 50% capacity. It is approximately 75% efficient. I suggest fitting a lid of some sort.

Check out the Xmas Edition 2008 and/or the xmas theme pack. We actually did that. It's the largest usplash(filesize wise) thats ever been done. It did turn out real nice though. The C code in that is pretty straight forward compared to the parallax, so it should be pretty easy to understand.

Yesterday I added all theme packs to gnome look minus the Xmas Edition (they have all been pounded ever since ~500 downloads of each less then 24 hrs.). I know it is belated to add it now, but I am going to make it happen tomorrow when I get home. Your work does shine above all usplashes I have ever seen period. The usplash I made using your code pales in comparison. You deserve to be commended.

Do the math on the bandwidth consumption, 900+ MB X 500 just in -0.0.6 release 2895 in total (please correct me if I am wrong 4.5 TB). Thank god unlimited acct. Do you know the maximum xfer I have ever seen in one month one server is 12 TB, I have 7 ;)

Thanks brother,

Hey Thee, very nice, up to 3805 downloads and only one gripe.not too shabby!

Was going to suggest that you put a Md5 checksum on the page to ensure that what you download is what you get. but when I went to the originating page, you had it already there Kudos on your awesomeness bro! now I have to get back on the admin side and have a pow wow session in a few days.
