If its any worth the way android and iOS serve on the smorgasbord.
New Windows interfaces are more friendly to touch devices; a fact.
How this strategy pans out in absolute favor of Microsoft is like going to a rave club only to find a quarry.
Does it mean now Microsoft can own up a part of ARM IP(intellectual property) for their end game to run win phones?

Xolo -- primarily an Asian firm to the core released a gaming phone around an Nvidia chip selling for $240, using Mediatek chips for CPU and not the expensive high end cortex.

Samsung is losing day by day to Asian companies like Xolo, Micromax. Since ARM IP caters to an ocean, most startups and private firms are free to enterprise without any consent. This was not possible with AMD and Intel and Microsoft hovering over them like a drone in the early days.
Using ARM tech does not bear any licensing burden allowing a more transparent trade. No x86 monopoly.

Apple's own A5 is an ARM solution made by Samsung.

Android 4.4 called kitkat. http://www.kitkat.com Use your mouse scroll wheel on the site.

Sorry, the one reason why I like the buyout of Nokia is that the phones are starting to be made here in the U.S.A. I see this as a good thing.

As soon as I finish writing this I'm gonna get one from my secret stash and go drink milk through it like a straw. I have to keep my stash secret because my grandmother looks at me all puppy eyed if I don't share it with her. Is it still puppy eyed if it's your gran? I suppose it would be gran eyed? Or granny eyed? Let's go with granny eyed. I feel like we've just coined a new phrase. Where's the 'trademark' symbol on this keyboard? Ah here it is ™. GrannyEyed™. I wonder if that's legally binding? Hey, let's see if we can get it trending! #GrannyEyed. Tweeted. The Internet has it now. It's out of our hands. I feel like we've just started something epic. Ok, well this was a lovely chat.

Just because I am not a heavy linker doesn't mean I don't read them ;p

I would rather have a Kitkat than a Windows Phone myself!

I'm neurotically gifted, I'm neurotically insane.
Neurotically wicked from the neurosis in my brain.
Paranoia lives inside of me, fear and distrust.
Combustion from reality, intoxication is a must.
Gave up on the thought that everything has a reason.
When the demons collapsed my only one to keep breathin'.
A promiscuous guy without a single strain of hope.
symbolically fixated on my money, weed and dope.
Alcohol and drugs invaded my life at a young age.
No personal experience, but I'm the one in a cage.
I've created my own addiction inside of my mind.
No rehab could shelter me, to myself I'm confined.
Counselors can't get through me, I twist **** around.
I've always lied to myself when the voices start to pound.
It's too loud in my head, and I can't keep it straight.
I will trust in no one as I slowly disintegrate."

You forgot the distorted screaming faces when we close our eyes....
Get OUT of MY head....
