Ultimate Edition 2.8/3.0 - The Best of the Best, Perfection Personified

Postby Extremanator » Tue Jan 31, 2012 11:19 pm

Hi,
I just need to tell all of you that created Ultimate Edition that it is the best distro I have ever had the pleasure of installing and using. I mean that 100%. I have tried them all, and believe me, in my quest for the Linux OS that runs and installs as good as it looks, I have finally found it! Where the heck have I been? I have installed it on my Asus 1001P and my gamer home built and on both machines, not a single hitch whatsoever and Ultimate Edition works better than I had ever dreamed it could. My eyes are saturated with candy like Christmas and everything works 1000% better than anything else out there, looks fantastic and is organized so perfectly, absolutely perfect. I can tell that many hours went into the fine details that set Ultimate Edition apart from ALL other OS's! I plan to eventually install (2.8/3.1?) on all four of my laptops and four desktops too.

So, thank you very much, and I will definitely be donating to help keep this good thing going!

PS: To anyone that can't get Ultimate Edition running, hey, get another machine because it's well worth it!

I have not anounced it on main, however a Ultimate Edition 3.0.1 x86 exists. I feel it is what Ultimate Edition 3.0 should have been. You can get your copy here. Thanks for the kind comments.

It is a whole new animal. Let me give you a sneak peak of what is coming (no artwork for it yet):
