Gnome Panel in Ubuntu 11.10

This is a How-To for getting a gnome3 version of gnome panel on vanilla Ubuntu 11.10. Hope it helps someone out there. I'm trying it out myself today.

More to it then that, this way would be unstable.
FYI Ultimate Edition 3.2 is pure gnome 3.2 classic.
But thanks for taking the time to post. When I get time, ill make a how to do it the RIGHT way.
