Wireless N300 PCI Adapter

I have this installed on my computer but I can't the Ultimate Edition to see it. The model is ENLWI-NX2. I installed the driver using Windows Wireless Drivers but I still can't connect to the internet. Please advise.

I have the driver installed. I just get it recognized or used.

It's under my profile. 2.9 64 bit. I even tried installing the driver with ndiswrapper and I got the message that the driver was already installed.

I have the driver already. The websites you reference have the driver that I already have and they there isn't a linux driver. I just need Ultimate to recognize it. I have the right driver installed. Thanks for the effort though.

when it comes to wireless, all about using the right kernel in my experience.

Might need a newer release ?

It's Encore Electronics and not Broadcomm so that wouldn't help. It's weird because even though the make of the wireless card is Encore the driver it uses is from Realtek. The card works great on Vista. Just not in Ultimate Edition 2.9.

Like I was trying to get across.

Realtek drivers are pre built into the kernels. And Linux firmware .

Find the right kernel /firmware, and pow it starts working.

At least that's been my exsperianace. <BREW>
