It doesn't like your graphics card. When you get to the boot prompt hit Esc and add VGA=791 to the end of your kernel line. This will load the Vesa driver and give you a desktop. Post back when you get a desktop.

Pch: Everything I've seen there at PCWizard is for Windows...is there Linux version somewhere (which obviously I missed it if there is) ??

After hitting Esc shouldn't it hitting E then for editing? :?: :roll: :?

He's hitting 'Esc' at the wrong time....manju: immediately after the Bios bootup comes to the end, then hit 'Esc', "before" the 'Grub' menu comes up...otherwise, if you're dual booting (or more), then when you boot into Grub, highlight the line of Ultimate that you would normally boot into, then hit the 'e' key, then do what pch advised....
