When trying to start install, Get following error "Installer Crashed" :(

Traceback info given

When trying to failure report, the Follow Error Popup showed up, stating:

Problem in Ubiquity - Apport (as SuperUser)
The problem cannot be reported:
This is not an official Ultimate_Edition_Server package. Please Remove any third party package & try again.

Was installing to my test machine. Has the following Hardware:
Dell Optiplex 980 - consisting of
Intel I5 (3.4 Ghz)
10 GB DDR3 ram
Nvidia GeForce 8400 video
Realtek 1GB Nic

Modifying bootloader options has not helpped.
