Sounding a lot like me. I have done this numerous times loading building an OS to the gils and is just too much. Going to have to widdle things down a bit to get it to build. Yes, it feels like "What am I going to have left, a browser and one desktop?" When you see that 4GB limitation that is what sent it down the tubes. I can also see you have Gnome in there also which along with KDE consumes a great deal of space. Will also state, the bulkier they are the more sluggish they run. Have seen this when I build my own from a mini-iso. I used to get real carried away and is not necessary. Make sure you concentrate on things you are most likely to need all the time. Things that sound good and might come in handy can also take a great deal of space. I did that too many times to count and is crazy since those sound goods and might come in handy never saw the light of day and got used. Any way is basically just some advice and hope it does not offend in any way at all. Just that I have built a fair amount of Linux OS's and just want to help when possible.

Thanks slimmed it down a bit and made a 4.2. This is a lot of fun and I enjoy building when I can...

thanks joker did that and started out fresh.. Only issue my 4.2 won't load period.. If you try to run Try ultimate Edition live. It tells me that i'm in low graphics mode and it can not detect my graphics or input devices... If I choose install it does nothing..
