Since this is Mate, you can add these commands to your Menu, Panel, Desktop with relative ease, but there is likely a bigger problem that needs to be addressed.

Thank you will check it out when home after work.

Seems to power off now by itself.. One new question, I see some people with a cinnamon DE, but yet I only see Mate or XBC. How do you get the cinnamon DE..

Not real hard, but at points is real fun to keep up with as that desktop is very progressive in updates. Here's all you need:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gwendal-lebihan-dev/cinnamon-stable
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install cinnamon

Lately, have not found that desktop real entertaining, but for many they do enjoy it! So best of luck with it. If you desire the lower task bar and want an easy desktop to deal with, LXDE is a good one. Haven't kept up with all that is in 4.2 so not sure if that desktop is included. All, I can say as far as stability is concerned LXDE is there! Just advice is all though! Hope, Cinnamon works for you and would sure love to hear of 4.2 as am unable to get those downloads anymore! The joys of 3g! So, if I want a new one have to build it! Anyway take care and hope it all works for you. Need more info just write back!

Thanks I will give that a try.. Now here is another.. Comhiz doesn't not seem to work.. I know in the past it had something to do with changing a window manager or something like that. I think one was called Kwik or something. But I can not seem to find it here to change and see how it works... It has been a while, since I ran Ultimate Edition as work and the family have kept me busy... Each time I stay a way for any period of time, I forget some of the most simplest of things and get lost.. LOL

Ok just tired those commands, and get Cannot add PPA: 'ppa:gwendal-lebihan-dev/cinnamon-stable'.
Please check that the PPA name or format is correct.

Downloaded 4.2b burn to DVD in 4mins, started up my machine using the disc, and it worked beautifully, so wiped 3.4 and installed 4.2 NO problems, BEST ever! :D ! Thank you.
Only one slight comment, is there any way of just up grading present version? Reason, the need to re-customize several programs, especially Libre Office every time there is a NEW version.
Again, Thank you for such a GREAT Operating system.
