Running 4.2 and after running keysnatcher then doing sudo apt-get update, before attempting a new build with tmosb, I get the following

W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
Now I looked in sudo nana etc/apt/sources.list. In there there were only two duplicate entries and I took care of that.. Went back inot sudo apt-get update, get same results.. Next went into synaptic package manage, and did mark all upgrades and hit apply.. When done reboot do sudo apt-get update again, and have the same results.. Have no idea were to look now.. I found lots of info on line, but to me some of it just makes no sense, especially since this is a custom distro..
Solved the issue.. Found duplicate entries in software &updates>other software. Unchecked the duplicate entries, re did sudo apt-get update and presto done.
