I think pch.shot was saying you can use Unetbootin to make a bootable usb drive and add the ISO to the usb drive, then install it on it's own partition.
My unetbootin is a little rusty so bear with me here:
download Unetbootin
make sure your usb pendrive is formatted fat32
make sure you know the address of where you parked the Ultimate Edition 2.0 Gamers ISO
(yes it needs to be in the ISO format, not unpacked)
plug in the USB drive
open Unetbootin
leave the top part blank since you already have the iso
go down to the ISO section and point it to where you have the iso stored
have it make the usb drive bootable and add the iso
let it do it's thing
when it's finished, make sure your bios is set to boot from the USB
reboot and install from the USB drive to the partition for Ultimate Edition 2.0 Gamers
You will still need to install your video drivers to get 3D effects, the generic drivers are just to get you to your desktop.
1st Box: Ultimate Edition 2.0 x64/ 1.8 x64
2nd Box: XP (dusty)
3rd Box: Stable Media box Ultimate Edition 1.8 x64 with XBMC
