Many people, when they think of KDE, often associate it with only one word. Limited.

This also holds true to the Window Decorator in System Settings, which is limited to around 100 different options. What is this? The Dark Ages?

To get around this obvious oversight, open a terminal

Code: Select all
sudo apt-get update

Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install kwin-style-dekorator

Now Navigate to System Settings-->Workspace Appearance-->Windows Decorations-->deKorator

This should give you a couple more options.

Hmmm, when I try that in the terminal, I get the following most interesting info:
Code: Select all
The following extra packages will be installed:
  kde-window-manager-active
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  kde-full kde-plasma-desktop kde-plasma-netbook kde-standard kde-window-manager
  kde-workspace
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  kde-window-manager-active kwin-style-dekorator

Now forgive me if I'm wrong, but since I'm using KDE, doesn't KDE Need most all of the to be removed items to RUN? ;)

Yep

DeKorator doesn't work so well anymore, at least with version 4.11 and above at the moment. Maybe it will be fixed? I had to take it out of a build recently because of this. Sucks.
