It must just be me, because when I go to that link, it takes me to 2.1 theme, not 2.2.

You never used rapidshare before? Its a free file hosting site, you upload the file to, you get a link and you post the link so others can download it. You can use any free file hosting site, theres mediafire and others too.

click browse, find the file, select it, then press upload
it will upload and when its done a link to it shows up

you might have to rar or zip it, I never put a deb on rapidshare before.

Used it heaps but never to upload ;)
