EDIT: Through the help of Blackwolf, I was able to upload the crx file for this theme after making this post. If you don't want to "build" it, you can just download the crx file. (The last attachment.) Thanks Blackwolf!
Another member of the forum saw the Chrome theme I made and asked for a share. Since I can't upload the crx theme file to the board, I can provide the pieces and YOU can build it yourself! It works on Chrome and Chromium.
This is the "Hamburger Helper" version of making a custom Chrome theme since all the "ingredients" are already measured. All you have to do is follow directions.
First: Download all the attachments below. (background.png, frame.png, tab.png, toolbar.png, and manifest.json)
Once you have them downloaded, watch this video.

*** You MUST edit the name of the manifest.txt file to manifest.json or else it will not work!!!

Update: Tried it out, it`s great, but being a color-freak I may try to add the Ultimate Edition 3.0 colors to the web headers(?) I guess you call them, like that funky red.I love Ultimate Edition & Oz Unity
